Entire 1st floor of a fisherman's house in Trou D'eau Douce, for 6 people. Three air-conditioned double bedrooms, 2 adult bedrooms and 1 for children, ocean view, quality linen. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 toilets. Bright living room with SmartTV and private balcony. Private access via a staircase. Owners with boat offer tours, boat rental with driver for diving trips and picnic. The space The apartment has three spacious double bedrooms, all air-conditioned, offering excellent comfort for rest. There is also a large, bright living room. Although it is not air-conditioned, it has large openings and a balcony, allowing pleasant natural ventilation and a feeling of freshness, especially in the evening. Note: an air conditioner is present in the living room but is not functional. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor, completely independent of the rest of the house, with private terraces to fully enjoy the outdoors in peace. Other things to note Important note for our guests The accommodation is ideally located by the sea, just 30 meters from the landing stage, in the heart of an authentic fishing village. Life in Mauritius is warm, lively and deeply local 🌴 The neighborhood is made up of residents who live here year-round, according to traditional customs. It can therefore happen, occasionally, that village life generates some everyday noise (passage of vehicles, local activity, animals such as dogs or chickens). For our part, we attach great importance to maintaining good relations with our neighbors in order to guarantee the most pleasant stay possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any nuisances related to village life, traffic or surrounding animals. We are convinced that this setting is also part of the charm and authenticity of the Mauritian experience, and we remain of course available to discuss if necessary.
