Welcome to Duck Dive in Sound Sea Village Community! Duck Dive is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Oceanside home. We are tucked away at the end of a private cul-de-sac with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the Currituck Sound for the beautiful sunsets. Recent renovations include new flooring, carpet, painting, furniture and furnishings, window treatments, screened in porch, fenced in backyard, new mechanicals, siding and much more! EV charging outlet available. The space Our quaint home features 3 bedrooms all located on the lower level, 2 of which have king size beds and the 3rd has a twin over full size bed. Both of the king size bedrooms have direct deck access. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a bathroom in the hallway with a shower as well as a full size washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a wall mounted smart TV with Spectrum streaming service. The upper level of our home is bright and airy with a living room area with a big screen TV as well as a dining area and a kitchen island with bar seating. There is also a 1/2 bath located on the upper level as well. There is plenty of deck access from the upper level as well as a newly renovated screened in porch with a comfy couch, chairs, coffee table and a ceiling fan. Our home offers you a variety of conveniences. We provide bed linens as well as bath and hand towels (you will need to provide your own beach towels though). We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as well as hand soap. A starter roll of paper towels, dish washing soap and a kitchen trashbag will also be provided upon check in. While on your vacation, we want you to enjoy all our beach toys which include: beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, 3 adult bikes, boogie boards, surfboard, stand up paddle boards, kayak (we have a small dolly to help with transportation if you need it), and an 8 foot Neso beach tent. We just ask that you leave everything in the same condition that you found it and be sure to lock up the storage area when you check out. A newly installed EV charger outlet is located under the car port as well as a newly renovated outdoor shower. We also have a full house water purifier system so the water tastes great to drink right out of the tap! We offer Saturday to Saturday rentals. Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
