Upon entering, you'll find a hallway leading to the king-size bedroom, complete with a private half-bath. The bedroom features comfortable furnishings, including nightstands, a chair, dresser, and a 43-inch smart TV. Next, you'll discover a full bathroom with a shower. The kitchen includes all the essentials, such as pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, cabinets, and even a mini air fryer. A Keurig is also provided for your coffee and latte needs. A bar with two stools provides a casual dining option. The kitchen opens to a dining area with a table for up to four, followed by the living room, featuring a queen-size sofa bed and a 65-inch 4K QLED smart TV, allowing you to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. There are absolutely no hidden resort fees or charges. Buckets Oceanfront Bar & Grill (on-site): Open's early March. Heated Pools: The indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round. Outdoor pools are typically heated through November, then again in the spring. Laundry: The resort has a laundry room on the first floor, to the right of the lobby entrance. Accepts credit card payment and there is an app to pay by phone. Typically no wait. Parking: Tall vehicles and vehicles with rooftop cargo carriers which exceed 6' 8" will have limited parking on level 1 of the parking garage. Long-bed trucks can navigate the building but it will be a tight squeeze. Standard size vehicles such as cars, pickups, minivans and SUV's will have no issue. No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers or RV's permitted on the property. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Persons found to have violated this policy will be subject to fines and/or removal from the resort. Life Jackets: Upon booking, let us know if life jackets are needed and we'll have them ready for you. The ocean can be rough at times and life jackets for the little ones can give you peace of mind. Pack and Play: for the infants and toddlers. Available upon request, no extra fee. Bryan & Karina's Tropical Threat Refund: At the guests request, we offer a refund for any nightly stays where the NWS issues a 'Tropical Storm' or 'Hurricane' Watch or Warning for Myrtle Beach resulting in the guest choosing not to check-in or remain at the resort. Winter Rental: Discounted rates November through January. The covered balcony can be set up to accommodate secure bike storage. Nightly Minimums are reduce the closer we get to open dates.
