This unit has access to the backyard and back porch, and we ask you to let the upstairs guests use the front porch since they won't have access to the backyard, but if you'd like to make new friends, by all means go say hello and sit out on the wrap around porch out front with them! This property has front door access that faces the street if you'd like to park there. Or there is parking in the alley and another door facing the backyard that you can use as well. Guest access Upon booking, you will need to sign the rental agreement & a photo of your ID is uploaded, and then you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the property with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-in times! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay!
