The space Immerse yourself in the tranquility of our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, where each space is thoughtfully designed with Balinese rattan style and modern comforts. The master bedroom is a haven of relaxation, boasting a massive walk-in closet, double vanity bathroom, a stand-in shower, and a sprawling garden bath. The open-concept living area, with its cozy couch and TV, is perfect for unwinding, while the fully stocked kitchen and large dining area are ideal for entertaining. Additional entertainment options include a full-size ping pong table, dart board, pool table, and a variety of board games. Please note that by booking with us you automatically agree to following rules: - No Smoking inside the house - No Extra Guests (should be discussed & approved with host beforehand) - No Extra Pets/Dogs/Animals - Don't let your kids play with hot tub buttons & pillows. It is easy to brake and expensive to replace. - Do not water a Dry Sauna electric heater - Do not leave a Sauna or a Hot Tub on for an entire stay - Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool or hot tub, jump or lay on tables, beds, chairs, or couches, enter the sauna, or relieve themselves inside the house When you book the property - you automatically agree to this. We have a security camera installed for the protection of our guests and also to track how many people are coming to the property. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an immediate termination of your stay and a loss of $500. We also provide clean & ready to go Blackstone Burner Griddle for you with propane at flat $50 per entire stay. Our facility includes a mini bar with a selection of sodas available as a complimentary. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the luxury of the backyard pool, hot tub, and serene dry sauna, and make use of the converted garage playing room with pool and ping pong tables. Other things to note Location: The villa is located in the laid-back town of Gulf Breeze, close to Pensacola Beach, downtown, and Navarre Beach, each approximately 15-16 minutes away. Nearby amenities include Walmart, Lowe's, and Publix within 1.7 miles, with Destin's attractions just 33 miles away. The area is known for its safety and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat close to the coast's highlights. -Pets are welcome, with respect for the property (if authorized by host) -High-speed WiFi and Amazon Alexa speakers are available in each room. -Enjoy a BBQ grill, a full refrigerator with ice maker, and filtered water. -For your safety, smoking is strictly prohibited, with a penalty for violations. -The home is close to essential stores, a zoo, and offers easy access to fishing and aquatic activities.
