This private room with bathroom, fan and large closets, is very well located, close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bakery...), 5 minutes' walk from the beach!!! the room is in a residence with a POOL! Guests can access the shared kitchen and very pleasant outdoor spaces (gardens, various terraces). Everything is included in the price: electricity, Wi-Fi, hot/cold water, cleaning, linens. The space The accommodation has a kitchen accessible to guests as well as various very pleasant outdoor spaces (two large terraces where it is possible to eat, drink coffee, read, etc.) Guest access In addition to your bedroom and your private bathroom and toilet, you can use: - kitchen and dining area - small front yard - first floor outdoor terrace with hammock to rest and dining table with palm tree views - second floor outdoor terrace with pallet sofas for coffee or a drink During your stay You can always reach me by phone and our caretaker is also available on site if needed. Other things to note I live in the house with my two children and we have a cat (who stays outside most of the time). The house is large and you will have all your privacy. The room for rent is on the ground floor, very close to the front door, so you can come and go as you please. The house has no air conditioning but it is a good place to stay in all seasons because it is well ventilated and has fans.
