Whether you have a large family with a wide range of kids and ages, or maybe you just want to invite a handful of friends to soak up the sun and watch breath taking sunsets in the evenings, you will definitely want to stay here. The space Beautiful modern townhouse in the heart of Surf City. In this house, you will enjoy beautiful views of the Ocean as well as the Intercoastal Waterway and the Surf City Bridge. Inside you will find a spacious and comfortable living room as well as a dining table with seating up to 10 guests. The Kitchen has plenty of storage for all your vacation snacks, stainless steel appliances, and all the utensils, pots, and pans for those that want to cook. Don't want to eat your delicious meal inside? Then head on out to the back deck and enjoy your meal with the ocean breeze. As for bedrooms, there are four total bedrooms plus an upstairs bonus room which includes a bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms are king bed suites with full bathrooms attached and tvs. The master suite also includes a sitting area with Roku TV as well as its own private deck. The other two bedrooms are a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. These two rooms share a full size community bathroom. In the top floor of the house, there is a spacious bonus room with giant couch, Roku TV, Battlestar Galaga/Pacman arcade game, table for those late night pizza cravings, a full size bunk bed, desk and chair (not that you really wanted to work on vacation anyways, am I right?) as well as a full size bathroom. Because this house is an end unit, the entire wall faces south and has absolutely spectacular views of the island. Additionally, there is yet another deck off of this room, a perfect spot for cards or boardgames. Additional features of this house include an outdoor shower and a pack n play provided for the smallest of guests. And were you worried about stairs?? No need!! There is a private elevator in the house just for you! Centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, breweries, and beach shops in Surf City. There is also a private walkway directly from the neighborhood to the beach. And did I mention the neighborhood pool yet?? This place has it all, and we cannot wait to share it with you! However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs. • Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement. House Rules: • NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $250 fee for deodorization treatment. • Do not play beer pong on the ping pong table • Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee. • Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock • Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low. • In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. • Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells. • Guest must sign rental agreement. • Pool is closed November - April. Pet Policy • Please message us for pet approval prior to booking. • Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $150 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout. • Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay. • Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted. • Must pick up all droppings from pet(s). • Dogs must be fully housebroken. • Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens.
