I would like to rent my 20.5 square meter room in Nordstadt, Hannover, which has a view of the Lutherkirche. 2 minutes by walk to Netto, A Rewe, and Kopernikusstraße tram stop and a 5 min walk to the Leibniz Universtiy. The room is fully furnished, with curtains, a waderobe, a high bed with a bed slatted frame, mattress, a lovely couch, a working table and chair, a couch table, a waderobe, and a resting chair.
