Everfree Shire Ranch is an 11 Acre Estate and a magical oasis for travelers, wanderers, and the displaced who are seeking an economic alternative to regular campgrounds and parks. There are 5 acres of available housing options and campgrounds with a fantasy theme! The 6 acres in the back are grazing fields for horses. Perfect for star gazers / practicing camping! Groceries a few miles out. The entrance: Please use the new fence gap entrance by taking the driveway and then turning left. This site is scheduled for an upgrade to commercial grade power outlets. Until then, you may bring solar or a generator. Generators must be placed on top of paver stones. They are not allowed on the open ground or grass. Firepit / grill availability may vary. The new shower stall is working and has 6 gallons of hot water, but complete privacy is not there yet so please use swimwear attire at a minimum. The bathroom / laundry area on the side of the house is shared with the house guests, but available for use. Check map for RV Dumpsite Pets must be on a leash / penned for safety. If you are towing a vehicle and cannot fit it on your site, please ask about overflow parking. Trash must be bagged in 13 gallon bags or larger. Bags available upon request. If you'd like a bin at your site, just ask. Water source on this side is still via hose via the spigot in the common picnic area. RV grade filter and hose are provided, but you may use your own if you prefer. If you could face your vehicle towards or away from the fence (but still near it) without blocking the entryway that would be better than parallel. Thank you! There is a solar powered bug zapper on the site. It can be switched off or moved if you don't want it there. Interaction with the horses is allowed, but at your own risk. They are usually friendly, but can have bad days like anyone else. Please do not interact with my neighbor's horses which are on the other side of the wooden fenceline. Pets are allowed, but please keep them leashed / penned for safety. Paw protection recommended if going for walks due to some areas having stickers. Guest access Shower stall water temp depends on the weather. Minimum swimwear type attire is required with shoes / flipflops, crocs, etc. The bathroom / laundry area on the side of the house is shared with the house guests, but available for use. Outhouse is in the large field. Other things to note Please ask if you need a table, chairs, grill etc. Availability may vary as we are just getting set up again and its an evolving situation. Generators are allowed, but please have them off by 10 PM if possible. All trash must be bagged in 13 gallon bags or above. If you would like a bin or bags / lining please just ask. Please be aware, Texas can get hot. Please stay hydrated and provide as much of your own shade as possible during the summer to avoid heat stroke. Brimmed hats are encouraged. The following rules are as per the Fire Marshall / Emergency Management Coordinator / Deputy EMC's orders * Campers may only plug into commercial grade outlets. Currently the only sites that qualify are 11, 12, and 14 (30 amp) * If you bring a solar array, that is allowed! * Generators and fire pits cannot operate on the ground. They must be on paver stones. * All campers must provide their own ABC rated fire extinguishers * No branch debris allowed on site that is not actively being used for firewood * I must reiterate, do NOT cut down branches from trees! Only use fallen wood. * No debris within 10 feet of the fencelines * All propane tanks, empty or full, must be secured or inside * Do not leave gas cans or aerosol cans lying around anywhere * Holiday lights that are not solar powered can only be up for a maximum of 90 days, even if unplugged. * No items may be placed BESIDE or BEHIND the dumpster. The public dump is open Saturdays. Please make arrangements to use it if you are overburdened by your debris. Use the loose trash bins as a temporary solution! * All RV sewer or gray water tanks MUST be CLOSED and CAPPED, not left open! * The dump station MUST be capped when you are finished using it
