This new annex with a private entrance comprises of a double bedroom, ensuite shower room and access to an outside decked area. A 55inch Smart TV with Sky package, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and hairdryer are included . For longer stays access to a washing machine and drier is provided. Parking is off road in this quiet residential road. Local amenities include: supermarkets, pubs, takeaway restaurants and local bus routes. 1 mile from the beach, 1.3 miles from the town centre. The space The house is a 1930's semi-detached house, the room has been added at the side of the house and is only just built. The entrance is separate from the main house and there is off road parking on the driveway. Hair drier provided. Guest access The bedroom, shower room, outside decked area and utility room if needed.
