Short walk to Newquay town centre, walk to pubs, restaurants, shops and many local supermarkets. Accept one pet (eg. one small dog would be welcomed) to ground floor space. Please bring your own bath towels. The space 3-bedroom townhouse. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, induction hob, kettle, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Dining room with dining table and 6 chairs. Dining table can be extended (opened up) to sit 6 people. Living room with sofa, coffee table and tv. Broadband box next to tv. Access to small garden, with patio and steps towards decking area, with 1 dining table and 6 chairs. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms. >Bedroom 1 with two single beds on first floor. (Note: This is the default arrangement. The two single beds can be zip-linked into a double bed if required. Please request this 2weeks in advance as we need to order the correct bed linen) >Bedroom 2 with one king size bed on first floor. >Bedroom 3 (Master) with super-king size bed on second floor, with ensuite shower and WC All bedrooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirrors and bedside tables. One bathroom with WC and wash hand basin on first floor. One ensuite shower with WC and wash hand basin on second floor, next to Master Bedroom. One WC with wash hand basin on ground floor. Driveway with free parking for 2 cars. A travel cot, one baby highchair and a stair gate are permanently kept in the house. Can accept one pet (one small dog would be welcomed). Please keep your pet/dog to ground floor space only, pet/dog should be kept away from all bedrooms and beds. Dogs and pets are not allowed upstairs on first floor and second floor. ***Please note: £180 cleaning fee on Airbnb does not include bath towels. Rubbish bags (yellow and clear bags from Cornwall Waste Care collection company). 5 dishwasher tablets. 1 yellow sponge & washing up liquid for kitchen sink. 1 tea towel & 1 blue J cloth. 1 oven glove in kitchen. Hand soap, 1 bath mat, 1 hand towel & 2 toilet rolls in Bathroom 1. Hand soap, 1 bath mat, 1 hand towel & 2 toilet rolls in en-suite shower.
