Centrally located, next to the Bethel Inn. Walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, Gould, movies & golf! Drive just 5 miles to both Sunday River & Mt. Abram. The condo will feel like your home away from home with the fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, spacious sleeping loft as well as many amenities! The space Bright and cozy loft condo! High ceilings make this loft feel airy and spacious! The condo is located in downtown Bethel adjacent to Bethel commons park and across from the Bethel Inn! Walk to many restaurants, bars, movie theatre, bowling, gem museum, grocery store, bakery/coffee shop & cross country skiing. 40min drive to Mt Washington, one hour to North Conway, NH for tax free shopping, Grafton Notch State Park is a short 15 minute drive for hiking and swimming holes! Large sectional sofa, well equipped kitchen with newer appliances. Up the stairs you will find the sleeping area/loft with a Queen bed and twin over twin bunkbeds. Large closet and large dresser available for you to unpack and settle in. Also, desk/chair if you need to sneak in some work while staying at the condo. You will also find a cozy reading nook with chair and ottoman--great space to tuck in and put your feet up! Guest access You will have access to the entire condo. Laundry is in the basement, (for a fee--paid via App/credit card). There is a courtyard behind the building with a picnic table and umbrella for al fresco dining! Also, beautiful front porch overlooking the town common. Other things to note The condo is located on the second floor of the building. You will need to climb 20 steps to access the second floor/condo. There is no elevator. The sleeping accommodations are on the second floor of the loft, guests must be able to walk up ~12 narrow steps to reach this area. Not recommended for small children under 2.
