Country home with hot tub & fireplace

In the heart of the small village of Ségos, I offer my house, a quiet place surrounded by a hedge for great discretion. The space In the house you will find a large dining room open to the living room with fireplace and a separate kitchen. For the sleeping areas, you will have 4 bedrooms with a 140 x 200 double bed. A shared bathroom is available for the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor as well as for one of the bedrooms upstairs. The fourth bedroom has a private bathroom. A toilet is on the ground floor and another is upstairs. A mezzanine has an office area and/or a place to relax. A laundry room is available on the ground floor (washing machine, dryer and iron). The veranda overlooks the courtyard of the house, where you will find a sofa area and a spa. Linens and towels are provided for the stay. You can do your shopping/purchases in the town of Aire-sur-l'Adour or Garlin, 10 minutes by car. Guest access The garage, cellar and attic will not be accessible. Other things to note A bus stop serves the town of Ségos towards the stations of Pau or Mont de Marsan. Pau Airport is 40 minutes from the house. The village is accessible by highway, either by the Aire-sur-l'Adour or Garlin exit, 10 minutes away.
