We rent 2 brand new modern but also cozy loft and 2 new duplex holiday apartments, which, despite the quiet location, are only a few meters away from the well-known village center "Kaludjerske Bare" and guarantee a magnificent view of the countryside. The space Green View is located about 100 m downhill from the village road, making it protected and quiet. The parking space and outside are monitored by cameras and provide privacy through an electric gate. The 2 duplex apartments have 2 separate bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom is furnished with a queen or king size bed and another bedroom has a sofa bed. This is provided with an extra topper, so nothing stands in the way of excellent sleeping comfort. You can also use this room as an additional retreat, reading or working area. A fridge with kl. Freezer, a coffee and tea station can be found on the ground floor in the living area. The existing seating set has a sleeping function, which, if you are a family with several children, offers an additional sleeping space. If you are on a honeymoon, the duplex apartment is the perfect accommodation for romance and togetherness. The 2 triplex apartments are divided into three floors. They have a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a spacious dining area on the ground floor, which you can use for both shared meals and games evenings. On the 2nd level is the open living and sleeping area. Through this "gallery", a comfortable roof ladder with handrail leads to another large sleeping area in the attic. This is either equipped with a large king size bed or another living, work area with two sofa beds. The windows can be locked in the respective attic for your children. Both the duplex and the Triplex apartments have a balcony or terrace that, depending on the house side, are either on the ground floor or on the 2nd floor. The bathrooms have a shower in all accommodations and are located on the ground floor. Things of everyday life (2 small supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.) are located about 400 m within walking distance in the village center. Other things to note Please understand that there is no smoking inside the property, that there is no odor disturbance for subsequent guests. Please note that due to the structural conditions, especially due to the high and open steps of the internal stairs, the accommodations are not suitable for people with walking disabilities.
