The open floor plan living room/kitchen area features a cozy sectional fold-out couch with throw pillows and blankets and smart TV for nights at home. For added convenience, the bathroom is located between the master bedroom and the living/kitchen area, and offers a bonus walk-in closet and laundry room. Guest access Guests may use anything within the unit, on the patio, and on the lake. Access the lake via the concrete dock to the front-left of the apartment for paddling, floating, swimming, and winter cross country skiing. Other things to note Please keep windows closed and keep the thermostat between 68-70 degrees. Thermostat changes will be gradual and temps will take hours to adjust. In accordance with the Alaska Landlord Tenant act we require a signed lease for stays over 30 days; insurance fee of $230 for the first 59 nights and then $80 for each 30 day block after 59 nights; and a completed background check through Safely. Pet Policy: Pets without advance notice will void the entirety of your reservation without refund.
