Stylish centrally located home on a quiet street in the heart of Seagrove. Just a short stroll to beach accesses, and a quick bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor, the Big Chill (formerly The Hub ). This four story home features 4 Bedrooms, several screened-in porches, a rooftop deck and a game room! Enjoy the beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen and main living area is located on the 2nd floor. When you are ready to wind down, each of the 4 bedrooms comes with its own en-suite bathroom, so everyone in your group can have some privacy. We include 6 bikes and a golf cart to enjoy scenic 30A! **Pet Friendly (2 Dogs- $250/dog) ACCOMMODATIONS: Casamigos comfortably accommodates up to 10 people: Bedroom 1 - 1 King, ensuite (1st floor) Bedroom 2 1 King, ensuite (2nd floor) Bedroom 3 1 King, ensuite (3rd floor) Bedroom 4 - 2 Twin/Twin Bunk, ensuite (3rd floor) BEACH ACCESS Three access points, just a short walk from the home: 1. Eastern Lake Beach Access is on the west side of Eastern Lake where the outfall meets the beach at the intersection of South Gulf Drive and Eastern Lake Road, about 1/4 mile south of Scenic 30A. The access has a shower, a bike rack, and a few parking spaces on Eastern Lake Drive. Eastern Lake is one of our rare coastal dune lakes in SoWal, which periodically open to exchange waters with the gulf. 2. Ramsgate beach access is a simple walkover near the end of Eastern Lake Road behind Summer s Edge neighborhood beside Ramsgate townhomes. This access does not have parking or showers. 3. Walton Dunes Beach Access (1.3 miles East of the home) has a small parking lot, but no bathrooms, and is located just west of the Deer Lake State Park boundary. This access has no steps-just walk straight onto the beach. One of our personal favorites! The property is located within a short walk to a private community pool and two access points to the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches - one directly to the beach, and one to Eastern Lake, a coastal dune lake that flows right into the gulf- a phenomena that is found in one of 4 places in the World. You ll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party s needs. Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach and want a different experience. Other things to note IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a "selfie" . Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app. *Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
