The room has acoustic wall system that would keep the room quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms are shared, we always clean up, just help us keep it nice. The room is only for 1 guest. Pets or services pets are not allowed! Absolutely no smoking allowed. A $200 penalty will be added for those you don’t comply. For your protection we have 3 cameras, 1 in living room, 1 in kitchen, 1 in second level hallway. No cameras in rooms or bathrooms. - The bathrooms are shared please help us keep it nice. - You are welcome to use the kitchen just please wash all your dirty dishes and utensils you might use. Help us keep the kitchen clean. -Use the dining table just keep everything clean for the next person. -Feel free to use the washer and dryer only bring your own soap. Please be respectful with others. All the guests share the fridge and pantry please use you level space to storage your food, don’t take others food if you don’t put that food it belongs to someone else. The common areas are shared by others guests not the host. The area is very safe and quiet. We have a super WAL-MART about 1 mile away, as well as a 7-eleven, burguer king and Wawa that are walking distance, also we have a Stonebridge about 4 mile away. Trash 🚮: If you have too much trash or see that the kitchen trash can are getting full and want to throw away some, there will be a white trash can right outside the kitchen in the porch. Feel free to use it. I’ll be cleaning, but sometimes trash accumulates quickly. Thanks for your help.
