Welcome to our humble abode. We're not investors or a business; we're regular folks who had to relocate out of state for work. We hold a deep affection for our charming, cozy, and straightforward home, and we hope you'll feel the same way! The space The house comprises three bedrooms and one bathroom. It underwent a full renovation just a few years ago, featuring hardwood floors and some truly impressive ceilings. We're providing our house at a reasonable price, emphasizing a no-frills approach. Our home features simple amenities; while we offer a coffee machine, please note that we do not provide coffee pods. Similarly, we provide a washer but do not supply detergent, and the bathroom is available without complimentary shampoo, soap, or lotion. This allows us to offer you a great deal on your stay. Kindly consider these aspects before making a booking. Guest access This rental encompasses the entire house, and we want to be completely candid with you. My husband owns a small junk removal company, and he parks his company trucks on the side of the house. His crew picks up the trucks in the morning and returns them in the afternoon. They won't be in your way! Picking up & returning the trucks takes less than 5 mins so you hardly will notice they were even there. Again, the trucks are parked on the side of the house and not in your way at all. Additionally, the exterior of the house is equipped with high-tech surveillance cameras that cover all angles, ensuring your safety. You will not be allowed to park in the carport but instead directly In front of the house. There will be a total of 4 parking spots available ONLY. Other things to note Please be aware that the crew will arrive in the morning to collect the trucks. A key box is located in the carport for their access. They'll retrieve the keys and depart. You will hardly notice their presence, but it's crucial to clarify that they'll be in the carport for key retrieval in the morning and return in the afternoon. Again, all of this takes less than a few minutes. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE BOOKING!
