With modern appliances, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, and a washer/dryer combo, full bathroom with shower this house has everything you'll need for a fabulous stay. You'll love this restful and relaxing space surrounded by tall trees. After a great nights sleep on the queen sized Endy mattress, enjoy some complimentary coffee while relaxing in comfortable bear chairs while listening to the birds! Or enjoy a glass of wine at night while stargazing. With minimal light pollution, on clear nights the stargazing is breathtaking. This 4 season tiny home has premium spray foam insulation and a heat pump with air conditioning that will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Guest access Our 2.6 acre property is divided into 2 distinct sections. The front 1/2 acre of the property has the AirBnb tiny house and a second RV pad that is currently being rented and has a second tiny house on it, and a workshop. Our home is located at the back of the property. We are around if you have a concern but will otherwise give you your space. Other things to note Pricing Details: Nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. Pet fee: $50 per stay Airbnb will automatically calculate the total when you enter the amount of guests and pets. Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. There is a pet fee. Please include them in your reservation. Cats are not allowed due to allergies. We allow certified service dogs. If you are bringing your certified service dog, please let us know ahead of time.
