CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD • If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. • If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply. KITCHEN & DINING Newly updated kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, featuring a dishwasher for your convenience, a coffee pod machine plus plenty of dining space for everyone. HEATING & COOLING Split system in the dining area & the loungeroom as well as the added ambiance of a fireplace for those winter nights. Pease note firewood is not provided and if you wish to use the fireplace you will need to purchase your own. LAUNDRY Featuring a washer & dryer for convenience for those longer stays. OUTDOORS Larger undercover decking with a webber BBQ and ample space in the backyard for all the activities. A large lockable shed to keep those valuable cars and bikes during your stay. PARKING Undercover carport for 1-2 cars plus extra parking spaces in front of the shed around the side of the property. PET POLICY Walkers Retreat is a pet friendly property but please note that the backyard is not fully fenced and pets will need to be supervised.
