The space has been thoughtfully curated inside and out to provide the comfort and tranquility that you’d expect in a Catskills mountain retreat. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM Appointed with a queen bed and a full closet where you will find various sizes of robes to use during your stay. You can stargaze at night through the skylight above the bed. LOFT BEDROOM Appointed with a California king bed and a firm lounge chair. The view from the bed is extraordinary through the glass railing and window wall. BATHROOM Features a fully glass-enclosed rain shower with a handheld wand PLUS a skylight for treetop views! Inside the shower niche, you will find Paul Mitchell brand shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Towels and washcloths are provided. The terrazzo tile floor has radiant heat. Inside the floating walnut vanity, you will find additional toiletries and hair products along with a hair dryer and flat iron. The overhead fan has an LED light and a night light. KITCHEN Well appointed! It has a slim refrigerator/freezer that you can stock with a few days of groceries There is a main sink and a prep sink along with a beautiful Italian Bertazzoni electric range. Inside the cabinet drawers you will find Caraway pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, a selection of spices and other cooking necessities. On the counter there is a Smeg toaster and an espresso machine. We offer Keurig coffee as well as pour-over Chemex coffee with a kettle. All grounds and K-cups are provided! There are a variety of teas as well. The kitchen has dining for 4 at the table. LIVING ROOM There is a comfortable brushed cotton sofa to lounge in and watch the Frame TV. The swivel chair is also a cozy spot to watch television or spin around to look outside through the sliding doors. There are also two design-focused chairs for conversational gatherings. In the built-in living room console, there is a small selection of games and a microwave. We offer several streaming services but no cable or live TV. OUTDOORS There are four Adirondack style chairs out back with a Solo stove in the center. We supply firewood! A modern chair and ottoman on the back deck provide a perfect spot to watch the sun rise through the trees. And on the front deck, there is a large, comfortable outdoor sofa and two additional Adirondack chairs with ottomans. Outdoor dining for four is also found on the front deck. PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor furniture and fire pit may not be accessible due to snowfall. Guest access The entire A-Frame is yours during your stay. You can choose the treehouse feel of the upstairs loft that greets you each morning with views out a massive wall of windows. Or if you wish, you can stargaze in the downstairs bedroom through the skylight above the bed. The eat-in kitchen has everything you need to prepare a favorite meal with the living room just across the home complete with a Frame TV that doubles as art work when not in use. In the bathroom, the glass-enclosed shower allows you to feel at one with nature as you look through the skylight. The front and back yards provide areas for fires and lounging while you forest bathe. Other things to note We do not accept pets for Airbnb stays but we do bring a dog of our own when we are there every so often so please note this if you have sensitive allergies.
