The house has several terraces – a charming terrace on the 2nd floor and an expansive rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor, offering spectacular views of the mountains, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Torrox town. From the street, you directly enter the living room, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Chromecast, and WiFi. On the same floor, there is also the large, well-equipped dining kitchen with heated floors – and a guest toilet. The ground floor has AC and heating. The stairs lead up to the 1st floor, where the house's Master Bedroom is located with a larger ceiling fan for comfort - the room also has a complete desk and chair for remote work, and built-in wardrobes. There is also a luxurious bathroom with heated floors and a large shower. Lastly, you'll find an office room great for remote work and a spare bed. On the 2nd floor, you'll find the second bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobes - and a ceiling fan. From here, you can access the first terrace, with beautiful views of the local streets. This floor also has a small utility room with a washing machine and clothesline for drying laundry. From the terrace on the 2nd floor, stairs lead up to the most magnificent rooftop terrace - we can't wait for you to experience this outdoor space. The two spacious terraces are like oases in the town: Both terraces are beautifully tiled and filled with green plants. There is a dining area on the 3rd-floor rooftop terrace with absolutely breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and fantastic opportunities for sunbathing. The terrace on the 2nd floor is a cozy terrace with views over the town and streets, 4 comfortable chairs, and a table for enjoying tapas. On the rooftop terrace is a fully functional outdoor kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, and a BBQ grill – covered by a wonderful pergola, inviting you to enjoy all your meals and outdoor life here. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, providing a delightful, cool relief on hot summer days. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Our home is your home. Other things to note Electricity amounts to €50 per week and is included in the rental price. This covers a reasonable consumption for two adults for one week. If the electricity usage exceeds €50 a week, the guest must pay the difference after the stay. Please note, though, that this very rarely happens with the mindful use of electric appliances!
