The space The property is located in the wooded hillside in one of the most beautiful areas of Attica with wonderful views. It is ideal for moments of relaxation and tranquility all year round. The house is 52 square meters with one bedroom,living room, 1 bathroom, 2 large terraces, and 1 acre fenced garden. It has 2a/c, 2 ceiling fans, water heater and boiler that works and winter using the heater. Can accommodate up to 4 guests in a king size bed, a semi-double, and a single bed The beach with crystal waters is just 650m and within walking distance there are cafeteria restaurant and mini market/pavilion. Porto Rafti, Loutsa and Markopoulo are the closest urban centers. Guest access Guests can have full access to all areas, with the exception of the basement-storage room where the boiler room is located. You should always take all necessary precautions, especially for children. It is suitable for business travelers, families with children, groups and is pet friendly. Access to the site is only by vehicle. Bus line 304 also operates. 304 ST. MINT - ARTEMIS [VRAVRONA] every hour. The stop is 500m away from the house Other things to note The house is our cottage that we give you to stay in. Due to the distance from our base, sheets and towels will be provided on the first day of your arrival. We do not clean during your stay, however, if we are asked to do so, we will of course do so at an extra charge. Also, please note that as the house is located in the forest, any kind of open fire (barbecue, etc.) is strictly forbidden, as it presents an increased risk of fire.
