Beautiful Native House in Eco resort with pool

The beautiful bungalow/house is inspired by the Filipino traditional local architecture mixed with a Bohemian, Caribbean twist to the interior and ensuite bathroom. The charming house is spacious and made from local material such as bamboo and cogon grass and set in the tropical garden with own private patio. Due to the high ceiling of 9(!!) metres and the traditional construction, the house has a very good natural ventilation and air circulation which keeps temperatures cool inside. The space The house is at the same premises of a beautiful small scale Eco Resort. The guests of the house could use the pool of the resort free of charges, enjoy an à la carte breakfast, lunch or dinner at the restaurant or use other amenities offered by the resort for an additional fee (massage, scooter rental, diving). The floor area of the house is 150m2 (ground floor only) and it’s suitable for maximum 6 adults and additional maximum 4 young children (using the existing beds and/or sofa bed). There is a private patio of 18m2 where you can chill out in two swing chairs or hammock and has a beautiful view of the Tropical garden. Due to the natural air flow of the construction of the traditional constructing (ceiling is the roof of the house which is 9 meters high), there is no need of airconditioning in the living room and kitchen area. There are ceiling fans for the extra cooling if needed. The living area has a comfortable bamboo sofa with TV where you can enjoy watching Netflix with your own Netflix account. At the beautiful handmade tropical wooden dining table you could enjoy your own home made food which you have prepared in the open kitchen. There is a gas cooking stove from Electrolux and a big Panasonic fridge. - Airconditioned Bedroom #1: Master bed room with king size bed, foldable sofa bed and an en suite walk-in closet. - Airconditioned Bedroom #2: Queen bed. - Airconditioned Bedroom #3: two single beds - 1 Private bathroom with hot and cold shower and complimentary biodegradable shampoo and soap - waterdispenser wirh complimentary drinking water - Free wifi -Cleaning: trash bin will be emptied daily. The complete cleaning of the house and change of bed linens and/or towels will be conducted every 5th day and/or after check-out. Baby cot is available upon guest’s request in advance and is subject to availability.
