Our rental is the main floor of a 3-bedroom 2 bath which comfortably sleeps six. You will receive a personal code to gain access to the home. Wi-Fi, cable, Starz on a smart TV. Connect your favorite apps. Part of a 160 acre private farm, there is plenty of room to wander and connect with the earth. The space Last winter we counted 75 deer on the forty acres the house sits on, they come up to the house as do the turkeys. HUNTERS WELCOME! A medium size chest freezer available for your use. You may view wildlife off of the front deck or behind the house near the firepit. Guests have 160 family owed acres to view the surrounding coulees/ridges. Wander back to what we call the “overlook” to appreciate the next valley and ridgetop. The landscape is constantly changing with Panoramic sunsets. Close to bike trails, kayaking the root river, the Mississippi River, wineries, and breweries. Snow mobile trail is one mile away. 4 wheelers are welcome, stay to the trails and off of the croplands for safety. Vegetables garden is planted for your use; flower gardens available for tours next door by appointment. You will find a well-stocked bakers’ kitchen. Truely a wonderful find in the country. Guest access You and your party will have access to the garage, yard, patio, and whole first floor of the house. The basement and large shed are private.
