The rooms are distributed as follows: 1st Bedroom: Suite with 1 double bed + 2 single beds. 2nd Bedroom: Suite with 1 double bed + 2 single beds. 3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed + 2 single beds. 4th Bedroom: 1 double bed and 2 single beds 1 Bathroom that serves the other two bedrooms that are not en-suite. NOTE: The listing is equivalent to HOUSE 01 for up to 16 people, the rooms are on the upper floor. The house has the convenience and comfort you seek for your stay. It has a large living room, dining room, Wi-Fi, and a complete and private leisure area with a barbecue grill, swimming pool, bathroom, large garden, a good space for children to play, and parking for several cars. The amounts in the description are for house 01, which accommodates 16 people. If you want to use house 2, there is an additional charge. HOUSE 2: 2 Bedrooms for up to 6 people. The rooms are distributed as follows: Bedroom 1: ground floor: 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: ground floor: 4 single beds (bunk or normal). Bathroom. The photos of BEDROOM 05 are the photos of HOUSE 02. NOTE: All rooms have air conditioning, both house 01 and 02. Other things to note There are additional extra fees, such as: * Security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 that must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours before CHECK-IN, via bank transfer, pix. * Energy fee: The amount of energy used outside is charged, the amount is R$1.20 per Kw/h in energy consumed in the unit. * The amount in the description is for House 01, which accommodates up to 16 people.
