Cozy apartment in Dachau

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building in a quiet area. There is a kitchen, a dining room (farmhouse), a living room and bedroom (1 double bed 2.00 x 1.80 m with 2 mattresses and a sofa bed (about 1.90 x 1.00 m), 1 bedroom (with double bed 2.00 x 1.80 m) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The attic can be reached via a staircase, in which 2 single beds (2.00x 1.00 m each) and a toilet with sink are available (opens from 5 residents). There is also a roof terrace, which can only be used by the tenants of the apartment. Guest access The apartment on the 2nd floor as well as the roof terrace can always be used. The room and small bathroom in the attic will only be opened for a booking of at least 5 people. Other things to note The key provided can unlock both the entrance gate and the front door. Please take off your street shoes before starting the stairs, as it is covered with a light carpet. There is a shoe rack (in front of the stairs) for your shoes. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE APARTMENT. In very hot temperatures, it can get very warm in the attic. We therefore recommend that heat-sensitive people use the lower part of the apartment. However, there are fans and also a small air conditioner. There are no private parking spaces directly at the building. However, our apartment is located on a quiet side street. If necessary, a parking space can be used on a property about 100 m away. Please always lock the windows and the front door when leaving the apartment. When using the roof terrace, we ask that you pay attention to an appropriate volume so as not to disturb the neighbors unnecessarily. Towels are provided and can be found in the bathroom cabinet. You will find covers for the terrace furniture under the bed in the living room/bedroom. Due to bad experiences in the past, we would like to point out that parties, student meetings or bachelor parties may not be held in the apartment. We ask for your understanding.
