This quiet location is ideal for two- four people, ensuring that your stay is wonderful. The space Our apartment's warm atmosphere makes it feel very much like home. Because the flat is in a prime location close to Banani, Baridhara, Gulshan, and Bashundhara, ordering any type of food from the famous restaurant nearby is made easier. The restaurant is open to indulge till midnight. The space is always squeaky clean before you arrive. Upon your arrival, freshly laundered bed linens, pillowcases, bath towels, and toilet floor mats are provided. We have generators on the entire apartment to ensure your comfort, so even if the electricity goes out, there won't be a problem. Guest access Guests have the access to go to our building’s rooftop Other things to note * Please Switch the light and air conditioner OFF when you are leaving the home * Our Personal caretaker will help you pick up and drop off luggage. If you hire our Personal caretaker to do any of your Personal work, please pay them. * For security purposes the street door to the complex is locked at 12 midnight. and then unlocked around 6 am the next morning. I'll advise you to be back by 12am. if you have to enter after 12am., please keep our personal caretaker’s number.If you have an early morning flight to catch or if you have to go somewhere really early, you must let me know. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of USD 150 for Odor Removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
