Gardening Service: Scheduled for every other Friday morning and lasts about 30 minutes. The gardener also enters through the side gate and is respectful of guest privacy. Trash Service: Friday morning walkup service is provided, so there is no need to roll bins to the curb. Early Check In/Late Check Out: We do our best to accommodate when possible. Palm Springs Vacation Rental Requirements: As a licensed rental, we follow all city regulations outlined in the Good Neighbor Brochure, including: • Maximum 6 overnight guests • Maximum 3 vehicles on-site • No parties • No outdoor music • Hotel tax collection • The primary renter be 25+ must sign the rental contract. Noise Regulations: By city law, no music can be audible outside the property at any time, and no noise audible outside after 10 PM. The home includes NoiseAware, which monitors outdoor decibel levels (privacy safe) to help prevent fines and neighborhood disturbances. Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 3 vehicles is allowed at the house at any time, per city regulations.
