The Villas at Horned Dorset Primavera , are 22 free standing privately owned luxury beachfront two level villas, rented by their individual owners to guests that are searching for quiet surroundings , beautiful beaches, fine dinning and warm weather. I will provide brochures in the Villa about activities , restaurants, tours to, and neighboring towns, you can always use your GPS to help you get around. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. The Villas are located at Rincon, Puerto Rico along the western coast of the island where you will enjoy the most amazing sunsets! They are so secluded you might even miss the entrance! The complex is located on Rd. 429 km. 3.1 in the outskirts of the town of Rincón. You can type this address in to your GPS and it will take you directly to our door. As you drive into the property you can feel and breathe the peace and quiet around you, the only sound you might hear is the chirping of the local birds,and at night there is a symphony of "coquis" who will lull you to sleep. The coqui is a tiny tree frog that sings only at night, and makes the familiar sound: "ko-kee". It’s a place to relax, disconnect and enjoy peace and quiet! When you enter your own private “garden view” villa, in the first level, you will step down into the living room and dining room area, which opens to the back terrace and garden. At this terrace , one step out of your living room you will walk right into your own private plunge pool, a couple of chaise lounges nearby for you to relax on, a huge beach umbrella to shield you from our bright tropical sun, and a table and two chairs for you to enjoy your breakfast "al fresco" or a glass of wine in the afternoon. Also in the first level there is the kitchenette , having a small under the counter refrigerator, a toaster, microwave oven, and a countertop portable electric induction range (1) , please note there is no regular oven or stove top... We also have a blender , pots and pans and a regular coffee as well as an espresso machine. There is a full bathroom at this level also. The sofa in the living room is a very comfortable queen size sofa bed in the event of four guests. Please specify when you are going to be more than two guests, as there is an extra charge for extra guests per night, and we have a custom made additional matress to make it super comfortable ! We will need to set it up for you beforehand. Please do not attempt to open or close the sofa yourself as it may be damaged. As you climb up the stairs to the second level you will find yourself in the Master Suite, furnished with an exquisite four poster mahogany king size canopy bed and a separate sitting area. In the Master Suite bathroom you will enjoy soaking in the oversized freestanding white porcelain bathtub. There is also a shower and His & Hers bathrobes. Toiletries, hair blower, an iron and ironing board and a first aid kit are provided. We also provide sunscreen and aloe balm and finally huge beach towels for every guest. Guest access For dinning, there are many excellent food options of different cuisines and a range of prices for every budget nearby in Rincón for you to explore! I will help you providing all the information you need. The hotel adjacent to the villas and its restaurant, "Chateau Rose"has closed for renovations, and the hotel has been sold and is also closed. For activities, restaurants and shops please refer to “the local publication “El Coqui of Rincon” online. I will also leave a copy at the villa. The villa has a private “plunge pool” in the back porch and garden, and there is a shared infinity pool in the property facing the Caribbean Sea where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets! Other things to note Pricing may vary during the high and low seasons, week ends, special holidays and weekly stays. Tax laws (Law # 272) in Puerto Rico require guests to pay an occupancy tax (Room Tax) of 7% for rentals shorter than three months. Airbnb will collect this tax separately from you when you make your booking, and remit it directly to the Company of Tourism of Puerto Rico. Please read carefully our cancellation policy, and feel free to ask us about this if you have any concerns. There is a minimum of two nights per stay . Whenever posible check ins and check outs can be flexible to accommodate to your travel plans. The check-outs must be at 12:00 Noon, and the check-ins must be after 3:00PM. If your flight brings you in at an inconvenient hour (like a red eye flight arriving at midnight) we will do our best to accommodate to your travel plans. Please let us know of your travel plans and estimated time of arrival (ETA) and further departure from the villa as soon as possible. Do take note that these are private villas each with individual owners, not a hotel, so there is no reception desk or employees to assist you in your check in or check out, open the gate for you or give you the keys to your villa, so communication between us is VERY IMPORTANT in regards to your arrival and departure times. There is no daily maid service, if your stay is more than five days, and you wish so, we can arrange for a change of linnens and towels in the middle of your stay. Again, it's very important to know about your arrival time so we can go to the villa and wait for you, or arrange for someone to be there for you. Please try to be as precise as you possibly can and inform us of change of plans to avoid unnecessary delays on either part. Thank you very, very much!
