Our apartment in the tranquil Jeitaoui Achrafieh in eastern Beirut. It's on a lively street during the morning and quiet at night. You'll find a convenient small shop nearby for your everyday needs, a fresh vegetables and fruits, and a Bakery for specialty bread. And an super market offering various cheeses and essential cooking ingredients. Just an 8-minute walking, you'll reach Mar Michael, a vibrant area with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy your stay! The space You'll enjoy a private room in our 2-bedroom apartment, which also includes a dedicated work studio and a spacious living room with four balconies. Your room is fully furnished with a comfy small double bed, a work desk, a couch, and a closet for your clothes and luggage. Clean linens and towels are provided, and there's a Beirut and Lebanon map available for your use. If you're traveling with a companion, we'll add an extra single bed in the room for your convenience. During the summer, you can use the AC to stay cool and comfortable. We have a generator providing 24-hour electricity because, as you may know, the electricity situation in Lebanon can be unpredictable. Our apartment is on the first floor, so there's just one flight of stairs to climb. You'll have your private balcony, and there's also a larger shared balcony for relaxing, reading, enjoying breakfast, or sipping a drink. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics, including a gas oven, microwave, and fridge. We share the bathroom, but you have your own private toilet. We don't provide toiletries, but you can easily find them at nearby supermarkets. If you need to do laundry, our washing machine is available for your use. Feel free to ask, and enjoy the complimentary WiFi during your stay. Guest access You'll be able to access your room and your own balcony:), the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and your toilet, and the Maine balcony. Check-in is flexible; please let us know at what time you think you arrive, and we will agree on what works best for both. If you arrive straight from the airport, we can send for a driver to pick you up and drop you off in front of our house – please let us know if you would like that. Check-out is usually at 12 pm, but we are flexible based on your needs. If there’s no other booking, you can stay a bit longer. If there is another booking and your flight takes off late, you can leave your luggage in the house, take the keys, and return to pick up your luggage and to leave the key behind. During your stay I will be available throughout your stay for help. Other things to note We have two furry friends in the house - Aria, our friendly cat, and Cooper, our playful golden retriever. Cooper might even visit your room, hoping for some playtime and cuddles! He's well-behaved, though he may bark if he hears our neighbors or another dog. If you need to rent a car, rest assured that we have a secure parking spot available for your convenience. We're thrilled to welcome you into our home and make your stay as comfortable as possible!
