The house is in the final stages of construction, with some painting details and a gourmet area still to be completed, but it has 5 parking spaces, a swimming pool, 4 new suites, all very new and quiet in a gated community. Suites with TV, shower, fan, internet, Netflix, mats available. The barbecue grill is still portable, serves 10 people. The kitchen is complete with all the materials available for your leisure. The living room still has no furniture, but the kitchen is complete. The barbecue is portable, serves 10 people. The place is very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by trees and birds Guest access The guest can use their suite, hallways, balconies, pool, garage for 4 cars and the top floor of the house. But as previously informed, we do not have furniture in the rooms, the gourmet area has not been built yet, we have a portable barbecue for 10 people. We have a table for 8 people and a huge variety of kitchen utensils. Other things to note Guests have a variety of entertainment options in the city, from the gastronomic center in Penedo or Visconde de Mauá, as well as waterfalls in the region or visits to the Itatiaia National Park, beautiful panoramic views
