Deluxe City View Apartment is located in Panorama Building, located in the heart of the beautiful Nha Trang city with a 360-degree panoramic design for a panoramic view of Nha Trang Bay. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes to Walking Street, close to all famous places, very convenient for sightseeing and swimming. The space FEATURES: - Area: 40m2 - Bed: King (1.8m x 2m) - View: city view - Capacity: 02 Adults and 02 Children under 06 years old FURNITURE: - A balcony with city view - Kitchenette with full cooking utensils + Microwave - Working desk - Sofa Lounge + Tea Table - Wardrobe - Standing bathroom with high-class sanitary ware OUTSTANDING AMENITIES: - Basement: Paid parking lot - 1st floor: Reception hall, reception room + luggage storage - 3rd floor: East Garden Restaurant (I can help you buy breakfast buffet tickets if you need) - 6th floor: Outdoor swimming pool + Free gym Banyan Spa (extra charge) - Rooftop (41st Floor): Sky bar + Infinity pool with fee (You can buy tickets at the Reception on the 1st floor) * Housekeeping service: I provide free daily cleaning for all guests during their stay. The cleaner will come daily from 9 am to 12 pm, 2 pm to 5 pm. * Airport pickup & drop off: I provide shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. (Charges apply) If you have a need, I am happy to serve you. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT - Check-in time: From 14:00 - Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM * CHECK IN Check-in time is after 2:00 PM on your arrival date. If you arrive before check-in time and the apartment is not ready, you can relax in the lounge area with free Wifi and a nearby coffee shop. Please let me know in advance if you need to check in earlier, I can try to prepare the apartment earlier. - Step 1: Give the Booking code to the Receptionist to receive the room card (You will deposit 200,000 VND to the receptionist to check in, Check out will receive the deposit back.) - Step 2: Use the Elevator to go upstairs - Step 3: Press the key card to enter the apartment - Step 4: Enjoy your stay and let me know if I missed anything to meet your needs. * CHECK-OUT No later than 12:00 (noon) on the check-out date, please let me know if you need to check out later than 12:00 to see if it's possible and if there will be an additional fee. Before checking out, please help me: - Turn off any electronic devices (lights, air conditioners,...) except the refrigerator - Leave your Key Card at the Reception and get back the deposit you made at Check-in. APARTMENT RULES: 1. Please INFORM me IN ADVANCE of your arrival time or check-in time. 2. Please TURN OFF all electrical equipment before going out. 3.
