After 10 PM, wearing slippers and engaging in loud drinking or rowdy behavior can attract immediate attention, as the neighboring house is a family household. Please be understanding of this. **Please note that the extra charge for additional guests covers the cost of providing additional bedding. We prepare bedding according to the number of guests booked, so your understanding on this matter is appreciated. Also, the extra air mattresses we provide are surprisingly comfortable. **Our accommodation does not have a washing machine. Please note this, especially for long stays. (There's a laundromat within a 3-minute walk.) *Guests staying for more than 2 days will receive a laundromat card worth 7,000 KRW (one-time limit). [Bedroom] -Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (for 2 people) -Bedroom 2: One super single bed (for 1 person) -Bedroom 3: Attic room on the second floor with one queen size air mattress bed and one single size bed. **For use by more than 4 guests: Queen size and single size air mattresses, along with bedding, are provided for additional guests. [Living Room] Amenities include a TV (cable, Netflix, YouTube), free Wi-Fi, dining table and chairs, and a sofa. [ Kitchen ] Equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, electric kettle, microwave, various cooking tools and kitchenware. There's also a dinnerware set, wine glasses and opener, and various cups. [ Bathroom ] Provided are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels,, hairdryer, and toilet paper." Guest access Available Spaces/Facilities for Guests Guests have access to the entire space, which includes two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a kitchen, one queen size bed, one super single bed, and two air mattresses in the attic room on the second floor. The space is private and not shared with others. :) Other things to note *This is not a party room. It is a quiet residential area where quiet hours start from 10 PM. *Smoking in the room will result in a cleaning fee of $200. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Tobacco odors are difficult to eliminate. * The cleaning service must perform a special cleaning to ensure it does not affect the next guest's stay.
