Enjoy this bright and spacious 2-bedroom Victorian just one block from downtown. Sleep soundly in ultra-comfy queen beds with blackout shades. Quiet neighbourhood, free parking, A/C, washer/dryer, and a pull-up bar. Only 5 mins walk to restaurants, shops, Tim Hortons, and Rideau Canal with beach and beautiful walking path. The space Clean, well-appointed and comfortable home. This is my personal residence which is on Airbnb while I am traveling. I do have reliable people maintain the home during this time. Chef's Kitchen includes: gas stove, Unox Anna commercial-grade convection oven, plenty of counter space, ample prep area, with granite countertop, deep double sinks. Not suitable for guests with mobility challenges: both bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Built in the 1880s, the stair railing is lower than modern standards. While it meets safety requirements under a grandfather clause, guests with balance issues should use caution. Host is not responsible for any injuries that may occur. Guest access Guests have full access to both floors, including the kitchen, bathroom, living room, both bedrooms, front porch, and driveway (fits 2–3 vehicles). The back room next to the kitchen is locked for storage, and the backyard is not accessible. Other things to note Coffee: a small coffee machine with filters and ground coffee is available, as well as instant coffee, sugar, and cream. Numerous coffee shops and eateries are within a 5-minute walk, including Tim Hortons, Pickled Pigs, C’est Tout Bakery, Dessert Plate, etc.
