The master bedroom has a king size bed with wardrobes and an en suite toilet. The second bedroom is a twin room for children. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower. The open-plan living / dining room area has seating, electric fire and TV and a free-standing dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and oven, plus all the kitchenware and tableware you need during your stay. It has a small decking area with outdoor seating. There is a parking space on the grass next to the caravan (except during wet weather, when cars should not park on the grass in case they get stuck). Please note that pets are not permitted in this caravan or on this holiday park. We have many other caravans that are dog friendly, so if you wish to bring your dog on holiday, please do contact us to discuss other caravans. WiFi is available throughout the holiday park. Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen. We also provide some tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen ready for your arrival, so you can relax upon arrival. Please note that this is self-catering, so we do not provide unlimited toilet rolls, daily cleans or other things you may expect in an hotel. We can book discounted ferry tickets for you with either Wightlink or Red Funnel. If you would like us to book discounted ferry tickets for you, please ask once you have completed your booking. Max 2 adults and 2 children. Adults should not sleep in children's single beds. This property is for holiday use only. No business bookings. No tradespersons. This property is not suitable for persons with limited mobility. Guest access This is a self-contained property and you can come and go as suits you. You don't need to contact us to check in or out. The key for entry is in a Master Key Safe outside the property, so you can let yourselves in at check-in time. A few days before your holiday, we will send you a message on Airbnb with directions to the property. The key safe code will be sent by text message from IWVacations shortly before check-in time at 4pm. Please note that early check-in is not available. Although you don't need to meet us, we are normally nearby and available by phone, text message or email, 8am to 10pm. If you have any problems, something isn't working, need advice on tourist attractions or anything, please do feel free to contact us. Other things to note Sandhills Holiday Park has a small shop on site. There is also a small, children's playground. There is direct access to the beach down a steep path. Sandhills Holiday Park is a fair walk from the bus stops. It will be much easier to drive or take a taxi. Please note that pets are not permitted at Sandhills Holiday Park. Please also note that Sandhills Holiday Park require the details of all guests and their vehicle. We will ask you for the exact details we need to send to the holiday park.
