Shavehead Lake is just 5 miles north of the Indiana state line (35 minutes from Notre Dame), 2 hours from Chicago in beautiful Cass County Michigan. Great fishing, boating, skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, or just lounging on the beach listening to the water against the natural rock seawall. Guest access You will have access to kayaks, paddle boards and floats for the sandy beach swimming area.
