Very well illuminated room in a quiet, calm and beautiful villa. Private room super located in a super relaxed place, with private bathroom and everything you need to make your stay as if you were at home. The Place: It is a Large room in a villa with two floors. upstairs you'll find the private room and bathroom followed by the TV room equipped with a smart hub and cable TV. and small studio space where you can work and print whatever you need. Downstairs you can see a small entrance Living room, the Kitchen and Dinning room. You can find at the kitchen everything you need for a cup of coffee, tea or even grab a small snack or fruit of the season. Extras: Pool? Yes, we have it too. You can refresh yourself in our medium sized refreshing pool and even enjoy a sunbath in the green area. Neighborhood: The Ecológica Seattle neighborhood is one of the most ecologically aware zones in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara. As soon as you get there you'll notice the fresh air and calm and quiet side of the city. And why not maybe even go for a walk. How to move? It is so easy to move around here, we have a couple of stores were you can find food, drinks and different things. We have Uber in our city so it would be easy to move in car to whatever you need to go. We are in a very central place, near to Av. Avila Camacho (10 min Walk) , Plaza Patria Mall (10 min walk) , Av. Patria (15 min Walk), WalMart (10 min walk ). We are 15 min walk near the popular Basilica de Zapopan where you can find our popular church and the MAZ museum aswell. 10min by car to the main roads as Av. Patria, Avila Camacho, Periférico, Lopez Mateos and to Andares Fashion Mall, Punto Sao Paulo Mall and more popular places in town.
