Situated on a country lane overlooking rolling farmland and mountains, the self-contained cottage is an easy stroll from Cambewarra winery, 15 min drive to Bundanon, and the ideal location to explore the south coast. The well-appointed, recently renovated, and decorated cottage offers a refined feel with no compromise on luxury. The Cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or family with children looking to enjoy a long weekend on the South Coast. The space The Cottage is self-contained with a modern kitchenette, bathroom, and an alcove with 2 bunk beds, all beautifully furnished. The private, covered outdoor area looks onto Cambewarra Mountain and is well appointed with a new gas barbecue and all cooking utensils. The Cottage has all the modern creature comforts including reverse cycle air conditioning, smart TV, high quality King sized bed, and comfortable twin bunks with luxury sheets and towels, iron and ironing board, heating and fans. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, sandwich press, French coffee press, toaster, all crockery, glass wear and utensils. Cooking is by way of a gas barbecue in the private outdoor area or the induction cooktop inside the studio. Although the studio sleeps 4, there is not full privacy between the main room and the alcove with the bunk beds. However, it is ideal for 2 adults as the bunk beds are best suited for a family of 4 with two children. Guest access Laundry facilities are available on request. We are happy to assist as we know that sometimes laundry needs to be done! Garden and lawn immediately adjacent to the cottage. Other things to note Parking is on the property, just outside the Studio, so it is completely safe and secure. We are a semi-rural property so note that wildlife might be present. Security cameras on property. Please be mindful of hosts private areas as they live on-site. We do have neighbours nearby so we kindly ask you observe the quite hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Please read the Cottage manual for further details and Checkout Instructions. Our pricing on AirBnB does not include a cleaning fee and allows us to keep your charges lower. Leaving the Cottage in a messy state may result in a cleaning fee if the checkout instructions are not followed. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
