Cozy apartment

The cozy apartment is located in the holiday park Vorauf, centrally between Salzburg/Inzell/Ruhpolding/Siegsdorf/Chiemsee. Beautiful views of the countryside and mountains from there. Forest hiking trails are just a few steps away. Our surroundings offer beautiful nature and many excursion and leisure opportunities in Chiemgau. The mountains invite you to extensive hiking or mountain bike tours, as well as skiing in winter. The space Our cozy little apartment has a small kitchen, bathroom with bidet, bedroom, a gallery with a slightly raised double mattress and a living room. In front is a terrace that offers a view of the mountains. In the living room there is TV and radio as well as various games in the drawers. On the wall side, a room staircase leads up to the "gallery". Here is the 2nd sleeping area. Please pay attention to the low ceiling height. With a space-saving staircase, the ascent is always on the same foot. For safety reasons, we recommend the descent backward face to the stairs. Please only let "step-safe" children into the upper area of the house. If you prefer to sleep in the living room instead of on the "gallery", this is possible. The sofa features a double bed sleeping function. Bath mats are provided. Bed linen is not included in the rental price. If it is needed, we will charge a rental fee of €10 privately. The visitor’s tax for the municipality of Siegsdorf is NOT included in the rental price, as it is calculated individually based on the number of guests and their ages. As the landlord, we are required to pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Siegsdorf and issue invoices for our tenants, who in turn pay us the tax amount after receiving their tourist card. Guest access After successful booking, you will receive the code for the key box from us. Other things to note Important rule: I would like to expressly point out that any open fire, barbecue or candle in the vacation home or adjacent is prohibited. The vacation home is a pure wooden house. There is a designated barbecue area about 300 m away. In the apartment, there is an electric table grill in the closet in the hallway. Please clean after use.
