**Bright, airy and cozy London flat **

Bright and airy one bedroom flat; located on the third floor overlooking Deptford Park in Surrey Quays. Close to transport links (Overground/Underground/Busses). Central London is close and the river Thames and river boat are just a few minutes walk away. There are three parks within walking distance and Canada Water and the buzzying Deptford high Street just 15 minutes walk from the apartment. This is a ideal flat and location for someone visiting London for either a few days or a longer stay. The space The flat is very bright and airy as can be seen from pictures. It has been newly refurbished to very high standards with dark wooden floors throughout, new tiles in kitchen and bathroom and brand new kitchen. The bedroom (as seen in the pictures) is big enough for a double bed, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe; it isn't very big but perfectly adequate to sleep in. The living room, however, is quite spacious and has a sofa bed which can be used by extra guets or children and an extendable dining table which fits four chairs. The kitchen and bathrooms are well kitted out. If you have any special request, please discuss this in advance with us as this may be accomodated. Guest access The guests will have access to the whole appartment with the exception of the loft space. Other things to note The block of flats is a quiet residential neighbourhood and expect all guests to behave accordingly.
