Upstairs, there are four rooms: three bedrooms, one of which has a futon that can be alternately set up as an office with a couch and a motorized, adjustable standing desk, and another bonus sunroom/office with a large desk and a cozy reading nook. Additional perks include a stacked washer and dryer, an InstantPot, an air fryer, a dozen Luminara flameless candles (for the hygge), a portable A/C unit for hot days, a gravity furnace on the 1st floor, and space heating on the 2nd floor.
