Seaside Serenity - A Tropical Beachfront Condo

-Bedroom 1: King size bed,A/C,private bath. -Bedroom 2: Twin beds, A/C (beds can be combined to a King upon request ) -Full kitchen : all major appliances -Living room : Cable TV, FREE WiFi -Dining : Dining for 4 -Gallery (patio ) features direct pool and beach access -Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Colony Cove is gated beachfront condo complex with free parking, pool and direct beach access. The space This unit is ground floor. The gallery ( back patio ) has a gate/door that provides direct access from the condo to the pool, garden and beach area. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo. Pool, garden and beach areas are shared with other guests. Other things to note Please not that while we DO provide beach towels, chairs and cooler, we do NOT provide snorkel gear. SARGASSO Update: The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach. The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free. The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September. This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.
