Multiple violations would mean we will be collecting your entire group's security deposit Guest access ROOM 1 - Umbrella with tables and chairs just in front of the room OUTDOOR KUBO CR - 2 sets of outdoor toilet & shower is available if the private CR in your room is occupied Common area • Kitchen & dining area SHARED SOLANA KITCHEN • No heavy cooking please • Shared by all Solana guests • Clean as you go policy is strictly implemented • Ref is small, please be mindful of storing items in the fridge. Our staff is staying at the staff house beside the kitchen or the kubo cottage at the parking, guests may call their number of simply visit their areas if they need assistance or have questions Other things to note **SECURITY DEPOSIT** Upon arriving, security deposit of P2,000 per room will be collected in CASH by our in-house staff. Is refundable upon check out if there are no violations to house rules and no damages to Solana property **POWER OUTAGES** LU experiences higher chances of power outages (announced & unannounced) during summer time around March to June. This is beyond our control so we kindly ask for our guests' understanding during this time. WHAT TO EXPECT AS SOLANA GUESTS? ❌ Air-conditioning on rooms & kubo ✅ Lights, ceiling fans, outlets inside the rooms for charging ✅ Water motor pump for continuous water supply ✅ Internet access - wifi router and all mesh are powered to provide internet access ✅ Water dispenser (hot & cold) **Elements ATV La Union** - As part of activities offered to Solana San Juan guests, we have partnered with Elements ATV La Union. - Since the playground is the vast land beside our place, expect ATVs running anytime from 8am-6pm, it’s usually just an hour at a time. **TRICK with Solana Room door locks** - Solana Rooms’ sliding doors tend to have a trick when locking and unlocking using keys or even when inside the rooms. Our staff would show you how to do this upon arriving. Rest assured that the door locks are working properly, it’s just how the locks work.
