Welcome to our Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom space on Long Island! Our space is near many hospitals, and the local airport. Very close to court houses also. Great for families, traveling jobs looking for a place to call home for a while. Good location, amazing food and wonderful lighting and windows throughout. Access to shared patio with fire pit, along with shared washer and dryer on lower level. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The space The left door of the double front door is your entrance. First room you will see is a single stand alone queen bed with full length closet mirrors. 2 windows so plenty of natural light! Right outside of the bedroom there is a full bathroom with stand up shower. Second room has 2 double beds and 2 closets. Full length mirrors on the larger closet, along with 2 full size windows so also plenty of natural light. This room has an attached bathroom with stand up shower. Living room has a big comfy couch in the center facing the mounted 65” flat screen smart TV. 2 additional stand alone yellow tufted chairs for additional seating. The kitchen has any and everything you need from coffee maker, to blender, to toaster etc. both plastic and glass dishes available. High bar table with 4 stools but table can seat 6 comfortably. There are stairs to enter the space as it is located on the top floor. Outdoor patio with fire pit is shared and located on the side of the house along with shared laundry room. Guest access The Outdoor patio with fire pit is a shared space and is located on the side of the house (side gate entrance on the right of the house while facing it) along with shared laundry room.
