Relax with the whole family in my cozy, quiet home away from home. *Only 6 minute drive away from Memorial Stadium and U of I Campus *Everything you need at short distance (grocery, restaurants, pharmacy, salon, etc.) *free wifi, Netflix and coffee nook space *All 3 rooms with queen-sized beds *smart TV in living room *Grill space with firepit and outdoor seating *Fully fenced in yard *1-2 car single-lane driveway parking The space 3 bedroom ranch home with private yard Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home, garage and yard. Please do not open the garage as it lets leaves and debris into the space. Other things to note No more than 2 cars are permitted at the property. Please remember, no parties, loud noise or smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. It is a quiet neighborhood. Early check-ins are considered for a fee if schedule is able to accommodate (no back-to-back bookings). $25/hr for early check-in but not earlier than 12:00. Late check-outs will not be considered as timing for scheduled cleanings cannot be readily moved. If guests do not vacate on time, a fee of $50/hr will be charged to guest.
