The space The studio is located within a purpose built development for guests who require a contemporary approach to self-catering. Boasting an enviable location on the West Side of Bournemouth, within walking distance of 7 miles of award winning beaches and Bournemouth's Vibrant town centre. This stylish, compact, modern apartment has been finished to a high specification, with an eye for detail to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. You will discover new SMART LCD T.VS in the living area, under floor heating, laptop safes, USB Charge points, full size kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and utensils. Upon request we would be delighted to provide cots and high chairs at no additional cost. The building has a lift to allow access to all floors. Limited off road parking behind automated security gates is also available. Linens and towels are provided for all guests, ensuring that you will not need to bring your own. An on-site, self-service laundry room is available at no additional charge where you will find additional washer/dryers, ironing boards and airers for any washing you need to attend to whilst away from home. All guests receive access to free, high-speed WI-FI with complimentary use of the swimming pool, spa, gym and leisure facilities at The Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel (situated directly opposite apartments) as well as 20% off food, drink or spa treatments. Guest access Guests rent a self-contained studo apartment located on the ground floor. You will receive complimentary access to the spa, swimming and leisure facilities at The Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel located directly opposite including 20% discount on food and drink in their bar and restaurant. Communal laundry facilities are available on site at no additional charge and feature a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/ironing board. Parking behind automated security gates is available, however this is limited to one car per apartment on a first come basis. Other things to note The apartments have been purposely built and exclusively designed to comfortably accommodate all travelers from business to leisure guests. Within 12 months of launching the apartments we have been awarded with the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence and Air BnB's Super host Status.
