Cozy house and very well located in Vila de Santo André. It's in a quiet alley at the beginning of the village. In a few minutes' walk you are on the beach and even closer to the river. High-speed internet, air conditioning, TV, ceiling fans, bedding, towels and full kitchen utensils. Large and sunny outdoor area with shower. Covered area in the back with a sink and a doghouse. It will be a joy to welcome you! Other things to note There is a small room in the house that will remain locked. That's where I keep some personal things.
