The alfresco area out front provides gorgeous views of the Lake, with a sunken fire pit, and a path down to the beach and jetty. Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place :) Depending on the number of guests in your booking, only a portion of the house may be made available. Rest assured, you’ll still have full access to all essential amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We reserve the right to charge admin fees for any changes.. Portacot available for $40 hire charge. We do not accept any liability for injuries/damage in relation to our property, including use of equipment, facilities and Lake. Quiet time from 10pm - 7am. The sound travels if you are outside so guest must keep voices down or be inside if making noise after 10pm or we will involve airbnb. We own the neighbouring section to the left when facing the house, which you are welcome to use as well :) Depending on the number of guests in your booking, only a portion of the house may be made available. Unfortunately for future guests we have had a few instances of people bringing in extra guests causing supply issues. Therefore any extra guests need to be advised and paid for where required, otherwise we will involve airbnb, and may charge penalties. Other things to note Strictly no parties. Booking person must be onsite. No charging of EV or Campers unless prior arrangement made. Penalties apply. Consumables are based on above average usage and on a complimentary basis. We have not run out so far, but please allow for the possibility you will use above the expected amount. Please note that there are two external cameras to ensure guest safety and adherence to house rules.
