We have a beautiful house located in a residential complex with private security surrounded by nature where you will love the tranquility and landscape. My accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children because of its outdoor areas and excellent location. It is close to CC Manila, El Éxito, San Rafael Hospital, UNICUNDI, among other places. It has an unheated pool service. Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed The space The house has an unheated pool service (service from 9 am to 5 pm every day), parking, a well-stocked kitchen, and a BBQ. Subject to availability at an additional cost of 20,000 pesos (does not include charcoal). There is a gas heater for the shower in the second floor bathroom, Smart TV (Netflix and Youtube) with TDT. Guest access You have the common areas of the complex and access to the first and second floors of the house. The third floor is reserved for the host.
